The latest from CURRENTS

If you had told us a few years ago that we’d all be working together to build a thriving CCA chapter in the middle of the Hill Country—four hours from the Gulf—we probably would’ve laughed. Yet here we are, preparing for our third annual banquet on April 16 at the Marble Falls Lakeside Pavilion.

What started as a simple idea has quickly turned into something special. The Highland Lakes community has embraced CCA’s mission, recognizing that conservation doesn’t begin at the coastline—it starts upstream. The health of our area’s lakes, rivers, and watersheds directly impacts the bays and estuaries we all care about, and that connection has resonated in a big way.

The result has been tremendous support and growing momentum each year, and this year’s banquet is shaping up to be our best yet.  We invite you to join us for a great evening of fellowship, outstanding BBQ from one of the Hill Country’s renowned pitmasters, and a celebration of the work CCA continues to lead across Texas.
