We hope that you have enjoyed a relaxing summer with quality family time and fishing. The CCA RGV board has scheduled the banquet for February 6, 2026, so please ensure that you save the date. We have also secured the 2026 Chapter Banquet Raffle item, which debuted at the Texas Hunters and Sportsman Expo.
The grand prize winner of the 2026 CCA RGV Chapter Banquet Raffle will be taking home a Can-Am Defender Max Lone Star edition, sitting on top of a 16-foot Fort Bragg Utility Trailer with tandem axles with a ramp. The runner-up prizes include a Build Your Own Deep Root Custom Rifle for second place, a CCA Lifetime Membership with the 2026 Gun of the Year for third place, a Trout Table for the 2027 Banquet for fourth place, and a Turtlebox for fifth place. Tickets are available for purchase at $50 each, with special offers for multiple-ticket purchases: three tickets for $100 or twenty tickets for $500. To secure your tickets, contact a CCA RGV Board Member.
At this time, we would like to express our sincere appreciation to our Multi-Year Exclusive Title Advertiser, L&F Distributors, for their ongoing and unwavering support. Additionally, we would like to thank F&T Valley Motor Sports in Pharr and Mid Valley Trailers Sales in La Feria for their commitment and partnership with us this year by providing us the Can-Am Defender Max Lone Star edition and the Fort Bragg Utility Trailer. Banquet
The 2025 banquet was held on Friday, March 28th and it was one of our best yet! Thank you to all attendees, volunteers, and sponsors for your support, together we helped raise crucial funds that will help ensure the health and conservation of our marine resources and anglers’ access to them here in Texas.
