You are invited to an Upper Coast Anglers’ Night Out at The Event Centre in Beaumont on October 29 at 6:00 p.m., hosted by the Golden Triangle CCA Chapter. We have some great speakers lined up to discuss the Texas Artificial Reef Program, provide updates on recent nearshore reefing projects on the Upper Texas Coast and inform us of opportunities to promote and support nearshore reefs and structures.
In order to get an accurate estimate of attendance we are offering presale tickets for $25.00. All tickets at the door will be $30.00and we will limit ticket sales to 200 people. We do expect this to be a sell out event, so please do not wait to purchase your ticket at the door. The price of your admission includes a fried catfish dinner catered by Cajun Country Cookers and an assortment of beverages.
We will have a raffle and giveaways that include some excellent CCA-branded merchandise, fishing rods and reels and fishing gear.

CURRENTS – October/November 2019
Greeting from Southeast Texas! The dog days of summer have finally past and all sights are set on the anticipated fall flounder run! Sabine Lake is slowly getting back in to shape after the year long run of fresh water.
We participated in the Anglers Night out in September, it was good to catch up with all of our members and there was a lot of good information regarding the reef program.
We are always looking for new members to join our board, if you would like to participate in our March 2020 Banquet let me know, the more the merrier! Tight lines to all!
