Happy 2025 from Alvin Pearland CCA! As this update is being written, we have just scheduled our 2025 Chapter Board Planning Meeting. If you think you may have an interest in supporting our chapter by serving alongside us on the board, please reach out to find out what is involved and what it takes to get plugged in.
We have set the date for our 2025 Fundraising Banquet for Thursday, June 19 at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Pearland. We are still in the planning stage, but as usual, you can plan on a fun-filled evening of friends, food, and good old-fashioned fundraising! If you have a company or product you would like to showcase at our event, please reach out to discuss options. Stay tuned for more details soon.
We will be hosting “Anglers’ Night Out” events again this year. They will be held at Big Horn BBQ in Pearland. The upcoming dates are Tuesday April 1, Tuesday May 20, September 2, and Tuesday October 21. Stay tuned for more details and the speaker line-up.

Banquet
The 2024 banquet was held on Thursday, June 20 and it was a big success! Thank you to all attendees, volunteers, and sponsors for your support, together we helped raise crucial funds that will help ensure the health and conservation of our marine resources and anglers’ access to them here in Texas.
